The McNabb Center and Genoa Healthcare celebrated the opening of the new Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy located inside the McNabb Center’s Blount County Clinic on East Broadway
Representatives from the McNabb Center and Genoa Healthcare shared remarks, and guests had the opportunity to meet the staff.
“We are grateful for the integration of Genoa pharmacy within our Blount County outpatient clinic as this promotes an efficient comprehensive and client-centered provision of mental health care. Having an on-site pharmacy makes it convenient for clients to fill their prescriptions immediately after their appointments resulting in enhanced medication adherence and reduced interruptions in treatment,” says Shannon Dow, Senior Director of Blount County Services, McNabb Center.
