McNabb Center Mobile Clinic
The McNabb Center’s Mobile Health Clinic helps to break down barriers of accessing traditional health care. This program, which is part of Project Rural Recovery and funded by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, screens for mental health, substance use and chronic health conditions and provides mental health and substance use treatment. The program also provides preventative health screenings, including TB, HIV and Hepatitis. The Mobile Health Clinic serves Cocke, Grainger, Hancock, Jefferson and Claiborne counties.
