Dogwood Springs

Dogwood Springs is a housing community specifically designed to serve low-income seniors in the Knoxville area who wish to maintain an active and independent lifestyle. This 50-unit apartment complex features affordable living, inviting common areas, and a variety of optional on-site services. Each spacious one-bedroom unit is equipped with a full-size kitchen, a private bath, and access to on-site laundry facilities. All units are lightly furnished; however, residents may opt to use their own furniture if preferred.
