(KNOXVILLE, Tenn.) The Ben Hogan Foundation will host a golf tournament to benefit the Helen Ross McNabb Center and The First Tee on Monday, Sept. 10, at Cherokee Country Club.
The Ben Hogan Foundation supports charities and programs that reflect Ben Hogan’s core values: qualities like self-determination, courage, a competitive spirit, integrity and hard work. It supports his passions: golf and its influence on young people, education and the well-being of children.
“We are thrilled to be a recipient from the tournament,” said Houston Smelcer, vice president of development and government relations for the Helen Ross McNabb Center. “The funds received from The Ben Hogan Foundation will benefit the Center’s Military Services, which are available at no charge to anyone who has served in the military and their family members.”
The tournament is sold out, but dinner tickets for the event are still available. To purchase dinner tickets, please click here.
